EASY Baking -3 Step Cookie Cups ! (You Gotta Try These)
Ever wanted a simple, yet deliciously decadent treat that takes mere minutes to make? I have just the thing for you. It ain’t healthy, and it’s probably laden with calories ,but dammit, they taste AMAZING ! What is this treat I am talking about ? It’s a peanut butter-brownie-cookie cup, and you have GOT to try it ! This 3 step recipe is super easy to do (I would say it’s kid friendly),clean up is easy, and eating up the results is fantastic. Now how do you make them ? Read below to see !
1 package/roll of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (I used Toll House, but any brand is fine)
1 bag of miniature Peanut Butter Cups (again any brand is fine, but I used Reese’s)
1 box of brownie mix (any brand)
15-24 cupcake liners
Cookie sheet or cupcake pan (I used stand alone cupcake liners and a silicone baking mat)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your brownie mix according to the directions on the box. Once that is done, take the cookie dough out of the wrapper and with your hand, separate the dough and put enough into the cupcake liner(s) to cover the bottom.
After the cookie dough is in the liners, place ONE peanut butter cup miniature on top of each cookie dough .
After that is done, spoon the brownie mix on top . I put at least two spoons of batter on top to ensure that the peanut butter cup was covered. Once done with the “layering process”, put into oven and bake for at least 18 minutes. Once the cookies cups are done, take them out of the oven and let them cool. Once cooled down a little, have at em. One cookie cup makes a great treat or dessert for any person, but you could add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on this extra decadence ! Enjoy !!!
My first batch of cookie cups looked a little wonky ,but I think that is because my batter was a little thin, lol ! Wait until the next batch of these beautiful babies are made ,though !
