How to make  –

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (preheating is almost always the best thing when it comes to baking foods). Combine all the food ingredients together in a suitable casserole dish. (I used a disposable aluminum dish  hat was maybe 16 inches across that you can find at the Dollar Tree store)  Add the garlic, salt and pepper and toss through. You could even add a little garlic powder,if you like. Add a little bit of water (about half a cup)to slightly cover just the bottom of the casserole dish ensure that the veggies will be steamed properly. Place into preheated oven with dish covered. Leave cooking for about 20 minutes,or until all veggies are cooked through but still firm. Eat as is or serve with rice or pasta. Enjoy !

  1. Sausage is such a versatile protein that I feel like a lot of us forget about! I love having sausage stir fry with loads of fresh veggies in there–your sausage and veggies looks great!
