When you exercise, you sometimes experience some aches and pains. At least I know I do. I run everyday and hit the gym occasionally to keep fit and healthy. With doing all of that, my legs,thighs, and glutes get sore …real sore. A couple of years ago ,I bought some electronic contraption that would dig into my muscles in an attempt to alleviate the muscle pains I had. It felt okay at the time, but it didn’t really help target the muscle pain that I had.
Today, I have found a simpler, easier, method to alleviate muscle kinks, tightness, and or soreness that you may incur while working out. It’s a simple foam roller , and it wow does it ever work at helping make the pain go away !

How Do You Use A Foam Roller ?
It’s quite easy to use a roller. I know that when I first got my roller, I was little intimidated because I didn’t know how to use it.Then,I found this amazing video that shows different ways to use a foam roller and target zones that really need stretching.
