Whip Up Something Incredible: Homemade Chocolate Dibs
Yeah… it’s 2016 and I am still not giving up on cooking, baking, and eating, lol!!! But really, I do love being a self proclaimed “Foodie“. It kind of allows me to be more creative in the kitchen and on my plate, not to mention, I learn how to make so many yummy things.
Take today’s recipe, for instance. I love eating those bite sized Nestle chocolate dibs. You know, those ones that come in a little cup and you eat them one at a time? Yeah, those. BUT…I hate paying $3 or more for each time I want a serving. Soooo… guess what I did? I made a batch of my own, and they came out great! Check one more overpriced product off my “to buy” list. My homemade chocolate dibs were easy to make and they were easy on my wallet. They don’t look exactly like the manufacture ones, but they are fabulously delicious! Wanna know how I made them? Watch the How To video below, and if you want to see more videos like this one, let me know… I love getting suggestions!
To make these delicious dibs, you’ll need the following:
- Parchment Paper.
- 1 12 oz Bag Of Chocolate Chips (I got Ghiradelli ones but any will do).
- 1 Quart Of Ice Cream. You can choose whatever brand/flavor you like, but I used Turkey Hill All Natural Ice Cream (Chocolate Chip).
- 1/2 Cup of coconut oil. If don’t like coconut, use vegetable oil instead (maybe just 2-3 tablespoons of that).
