Trying To Eat Healthy, But Cravings Taking Over? Try These Keto Friendly Snacks!

I’ve been trying to eat healthy for like… all of my life. It’s hard,people! But, every now and then, I find some pretty easy ways to snack and keep healthy. Like these keto friendly cheesecake bites!

They’re super easy to make, and the recipe only requires 3 ingredients!

No Bake Low Carb, Keto Friendly Cheesecake Bites

1 Cup of strawberries

3/4 cup cream cheese

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract


Silicone cupcake liners


Making these are pretty simple. You take your strawberries and place them into the blender. Blend them until they are pureed. Add your cream cheese to the mixture and blend together. Then, you add the vanilla. I would say to add vanilla to taste because my bites were a little on the tarty side when I first made them. Once all the ingredients are blended together, pour into your silicone cupcake liners. Place in freezer and freeze for 2 hours. After that, you can take them out of the liners and store them in a storage bag in the freezer (protect them from freezer burn!). Enjoy!
