A while ago, I had a really bad accident.I fell down my stairs and hurt my ankle … BADLY. I tore a few ligaments,and even almost tore tendons.Oh man,was I in PAIN! I took pain medication for it and did my necessary exercises to try to mend it and make my ankle better.And I still,2 months later, walked with a limp and didn’t really have mobility.I could bare put weight on it and jogging even a slow pace was not an option at all.
