BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE AND BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH MAY BE MADE IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION AND ARE FINAL AND BINDING. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States, and have a valid email address. VOID IN COLORADO, MARYLAND, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA, VERMONT; VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW; certain states may impose additional eligibility restrictions. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win any prize. 

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, personalize and send a digital Mother’s Day card from https://www.punchbowl.com/ecards/mothers-day or from the Punchbowl iOS or Android app to at least 1 recipient that is not yourself AND [email protected]. Sender must have an active Punchbowl membership or begin a free trial. Recipient must have a valid, unique email address or phone number. Sender and recipient IP address must be distinct. Multiple entries are allowed where each entry is sent to a unique recipient and includes a unique video.

To nominate more than one person, send separate cards with unique video messages to each recipient.  Nomination of someone who has also been nominated by another sender is allowed. Last day to send cards is Sunday, May 9th, 2021, 11:59PM Pacific Time to be eligible. Only online entries accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL: Entries must be original work and may not violate any proprietary or intellectual property rights.

Entries that include copyrighted material (songs, images, logos, brand names) or inappropriate content of any kind will be disqualified. TIMING: The Contest begins at 7:01 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 and continues until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Sunday, May 9th, 2021. 

PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) grand prize winner will earn a $1,000 Amazon.com gift card for their nominee. One (1) runner-up winner will receive a $500 Amazon.com gift card. Winners selected by a panel of judges, selected by Sponsor. Decisions concerning all matters related to this Contest are final and binding. Odds of winning determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prizes non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner must have a valid email address in order to receive the prize.
